Yes you can using a KVM or Remote Desktop (RDP)
With a KVM you control the two computers using one Monitor, one Keyboard and one mouse, but you have to have cables connecting the two together to the KVM.

u can use a kvm switch to use more then one tower for the same monitor keyboard and mouse, alternately you can use remote administration to control the target machines.
