Desktop Computers and their Network Cards?

I search for computers online and the website say a "10/100 Mbps Network Card" is included. Is it concluded that its a wired network card or a wireless network card?

The 10/100 Mbps network card refers to a card that enables the pc to connect via a wired CAT5 cable to the network switch.

By the way, there is no standard for making a wireless faster than 54 Mbps.

Desk top machines seldomly come with a wireless card installed; you can add them later if you desire.

Notebooks often come with a built in wireless interface as well as a wired one.

Wired, Category 5 connection.
It's wired -- Ethernet.
