what are those computers that has a brush that you can use on the screen without having to use a mouse

I'm guessing you are talking about one of two items. First there is the Tablet PC which is a laptop with a touch screen monitor. The other thing you might be referring to would be a graphic tablet which is a tablet you set on your desk that allows you to draw as if it were on paper. These are a little different to use because the drawing is done on the pad but it shows up on the monitor, takes a little bit of getting used to.

a touch screen? thats a monitor not a computer. most computers with a USB port can have a touch screen monitor.
