Is it possible to install COD4 on multiple computers? My friend has it and doesn't play it, says it's too laggy for him. I would like to try it, my computer is better then his. But I figured I would save myself some money and just get his disc and install and play it that way? Is is possible or does it have an authentication key to be entered upon installation only to be used once?

I don't think it see that you use it twice, since I did that with some of my games, It just needed the disc. but its COD4, its newer, Im not sure. try it then.
You won't be able to Play online at the same time. If he wants to sell you / give you the game+key It will be fine as long as he doesn't try to play at the same time.
