My parents are extremely old fashioned!...I've tried to teach them how but fail to succesfully get through to them. Is there any company or computer that makes computers that are very basic and VERY easy to use. I mean like, "PRESS THE GREEN BUTTON TO START," type of thing.

nice xmas present treat them to a classes for the mature age they will learn from people who talk their lingo.
Unfortunately, there is no such thing today. Computers are so advanced and have so many features that they are mind boggling to the novice.
The best thing to do in this case is have someone knowledgeable setup the computer in such a way that it is easy to comprehend - something most techies cannot do.
