Email To Sync To All Computers Not Just The One!?

hey guys



im having a really hard time with this IMAP bullshit



basically



this is what im trying to do



got 3 computers in an office



all have to recieve the same emails and everything identically on all the computers not just the one



i have tried everything and have had no luck as yet.



i called TELSTRA they couldnt help



i called MICROSOFT they wanted the credit card number



i called everyone and everything i could think of



what can i do so that all the emails come in on all the computers and sync not just the one



i tried that server bullshit and i need to use the same email address because people got my email already and i dont want to change it and ****

Well to begin with you need to re-setup each computer as a POP3 account not IMAP.....an IMAP account mirrors the web server of that email address. Once all 3 are setup as POP3 accounts make sure the advanced tab is set to leave a copy of the message on the server hat way the other 2 can get the same message as well. The only problem with this is if you have a MB limit (as all servers do) you will have to clean out the email from the web server every so often to ensure you don't over fill your quota.
