My daughter is in her last semester of college as a Computer/Internet Services graduate. The college has decided to upgrade their computers during the holidays to a program that she is not familiar with. Not only that, her internship will require her helping the newcomers on campus with the new system and also, she is required to take certifications in stuff she hasn't been trained for. What would you do?

Ask the college to give her the extra training she needs. For someone in her major, it should not be exceedingly difficult to learn a new system. Since they are requiring her to help newcomers, they should provide the training.
